Request a Fire Report

Fire reports must be requested 5 working days in advance. Please submit via email the following information:

1. Address where the incident occurred
2. Date that the incident occurred
3. Name of person/company requesting the Fire Report

Fee & Forms of Payment

There is a $5 processing charge for the Fire Report. Form of payment must be one of the following:

1. Bank Check
2. Cash (Please Bring Exact Amount )
3. Money Order
